Our cancellation policy is simple. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your tour. This cancellation policy applies to all tours and transfers. See also our terms and conditions.
If you cancel

To cancel, write to us on WhatsApp (+1 (809) 249-7861) or at info@zacariastours.com with your name and tour date. The time of your message counts as the cancellation time.
Changes of date or time
You can change the date or time free of charge up to 24 hours before the tour, subject to availability.
If we cancel
If we have to cancel because of weather, sea conditions or safety, or because your cruise ship does not dock in Puerto Plata, we offer you another date or a 100% refund.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method (PayPal or card). The time it takes to appear in your account depends on PayPal and your bank. Cash payments are refunded in cash or by a method we agree with you.
